Eligible Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
